DRUMMORE AVENUE
PHASE 1
Our first development, which began in the summer of 2014, was for 4x 4 Bedroom, semi-detached homes, which were built on a plot of land in Drummore Avenue, Coatbridge.
DRUMMORE AVENUE
PHASE 2
The area we purchased next, was also in Drummore Avenue, Coatbridge. It was of an irregular shape; however, we were able to make room for another 4x 4 Bedroom Semi-detached homes and 1x 4 Bedroom detached.
EARLSTON CRESCENT
PHASE 1
In 2018, we completed the development of an area of land in Earlston Crescent, Coatbridge. For this project, we built 8x 4 Bedroom Semi-detached homes.
MOFFAT MANOR
Our largest project, to date, has been our Moffat Manor Development in Airdrie (see below), which is a development of 23 homes, consisting of 10x 3 bedroom semi-detached and 13x 4-bedroom detached homes.
